Return of orders

If You're  Not Happy - We are so confident that you will be impressed with our products that we are almost certain you will be happy with your purchase.  However, we also understand that sometimes when an item arrives, it's just not quite what you expected.  In this case, we will accept returns.  You must notify us within 72 hours of your parcel being delivered.  Please note that the cost of postage cannot be refunded.  Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.

If Your  Items Are Damaged - We will replace or refund any item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty.  In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified within 72 hours of your parcel being delivered otherwise we will be unable to process your claim. Before the refund can be processed we will request images of the damage. Please note that original delivery charges may not be refundable. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.

We may require that the damaged or faulty item(s) be returned to us for inspection, we will pay for the delivery cost. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (including its packaging) and an explanation given with a copy of the tax invoice before the refund can be processed. Item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or bank account number. We do not offer online credits.

Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund. If you believe any products are faulty, please contact us immediately by email.


How to return your orders

Please provide a copy of your tax invoice, which is sent with your delivery, stating which item(s) you are returning and a brief explanation of any faults/reasons for its return. Send the package receiver to pay to the following address:

We recommend that you use a registered service and retain a certificate of posting for your own records. The Outdoor Table takes no responsibility in the event of the item(s) failing to reach us.
